Endoscopic Microvascular Decompression (EVD) is effective and safe for treating trigeminal neuralgia. It provides immediate pain relief and has fewer complications compared to Microscopic Vascular Decompression (MVD), thanks to enhanced visualization and precision. Temporary side effects may occur, but no mortality was reported. EVD offers optimal surgical outcomes for patients.
